Two of these beauties were built with the words "THE BIG CHILL" as the ribs for the basket section of the disc catcher. All the letters were italic (this won't happen again any time soon!). Tilting a letter is one thing,...but having to shape them to the contour of the basket was another!
Constructed of 5/16" and 3/8" steel, the two took much longer than expected to build. The durable gold zinc ultra seal finish made for quite a set of eye catchers to be given away at the 2005 Big Chill event
